Independent cloud & automation consultant

Composed cloud architectures.
Owned by you.

I take fragile, rented setups and rebuild them into lean systems your business owns outright.

What I bring

Value, not just deliverables.

Every project is different, but the instinct is the same: get to the root of the problem, remove what's fragile, and leave you owning the result.

I go where the problem leads

A dead system becomes something to replace; a broken connection becomes one I rebuild properly. I follow the problem all the way down, even when I don't know where it leads, and come back with something that holds.

Owned, not rented

Rented platforms and paid monthly add-ons are someone else's hold over your business. I replace them with solutions you control, so you're not paying a toll just to keep your own business running.

The simple thing that survives

The right solution is rarely the flashy one. I build the simplest version that actually solves the problem, the one still standing years later.

Capabilities

What that looks like in practice.

01Move a business off a shaky third-party platform, piece by piece, with no downtime.
02Connect straight to the source and cut out the rented middleman.
03When data is sensitive, build and deliver without it ever leaving your systems.
04Set things up on the accounts and tools you already use, so there's nothing new to approve.
05Build things that keep working as your data and your team keep changing.
06Pick tools you can look inside when something breaks, not just ones that promise it won't.

The platform

Client portals and personal spaces, on systems I own.

Each client gets a private space of their own: a page where a proposal becomes approved work, with live status. The same setup powers personal spaces for the people I work with.

  • extClient portals. A private page of their own: a proposal they approve, then the work and its pricing, with simple sign-in.
  • intPersonal spaces. Private spaces for tasks and projects, in your language, kept for you over time.
  • ownNo rented lock-in. Built on systems I run myself, so it keeps working without a monthly fee to anyone else.

Approach

Plan first. Then build, and build lean.

Most of the value happens before any code. A business shows up with a problem; I see the shape of the solution, the few moving parts that matter, and the piece you need to own yourself. The obvious approach is rarely the right one, and the simplest version is usually the one that lasts.
